To rent a vehicle from Sirius Auto Rental LLC, you must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) can be purchased at the rental counter for a fee, which varies based on the rental duration. All renters who choose to use their own insurance must provide proof of coverage before or at the time of pickup.
Local Renters: All local renters, or any renter without a round-trip confirmed airline ticket, are required to provide proof of a current automobile insurance policy in their name that includes comprehensive, collision, and liability coverage for injury to third parties or damage to property. In addition, local renters may be asked to present a recent (issued within three months of the rental pickup) cell phone bill or other official utility bill that matches the address on their driver’s license. Failure to provide acceptable proof of insurance will result in the rental being declined.
Yes, an additional driver may be added to your rental agreement at the time of reservation or prior to vehicle pickup. All additional drivers must meet the same age and driver’s license requirements as the primary renter. An additional driver fee will apply. Please inform our team at the time of reservation or during pickup if you wish to include an additional driver.
Payment for your reservation must be made through our website. The reservation holder is required to provide a valid credit card in their name, with sufficient funds to cover the deposit guarantee. We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Debit cards with Visa or MasterCard logos may also be accepted.
Security Deposit: A deposit of up to $250.00 will be required as a guarantee at the time of vehicle pickup. The exact amount will be displayed at the time of your reservation and will be placed as a hold on the credit card registered with your booking. This security deposit is refundable, subject to an inspection of the vehicle’s condition upon its return.
Customers who use cashless toll lanes without purchasing the toll package or without another payment method approved by the toll authority will incur an administrative fee per calendar day for each day tolls are incurred, in addition to the cost of each toll charged at the toll authority’s highest undiscounted rate.
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the details of your reservation. A cancellation fee of 10% of the prepaid amount will apply if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled vehicle pickup. No, all rentals must be returned to the same location where the vehicle was picked up, and travel mileage must not exceed the limits specified in your rental agreement.
Vehicles rented through Sirius Auto Rental LLC must not be used for towing, providing public transportation, or engaging in any activities that violate the terms of the rental agreement. All usage restrictions will be clearly explained at the time of signing the rental agreement.
